I bought a smalll pet litter tray from this seller. The shipment and communication for this product was spot on and I can see from eBay that they are consistently reliable. However, a mistake on the description (which read "for hamsters, mice and rats") resulted in me buying this product when the size was unsuitable. My girls are small as rats go and they couldn't even sit in it! The product itself says it's for gerbils, not rats. Despite this, the description given by the seller also gave an accurate measurement on the title, which I should have paid more attention to, and so this fault is partially mine. Instead of seeking a refund and paying return postage for an already cheap item, I have just reassigned it as a food bowl! It would be helpful if the seller would remove " rats" from the description so others don't make my mistake.
