Bought a dog coat but ordered the wrong size. After I emailed a request to change the order to a bigger size, it was actioned quickly and the additional charge was waived. Excellent customer service to start with. Estimated delivery was 5 or 6 December. On 6 December I checked status on ebay and it said 'not dispatched' so I contacted them to enquire when it would be sent as I was heading back to Australia on 12 December. I heard back the next day (Weds) saying it had been sent that day by 48 hour courier and should be with me by the weekend (so they had obviously overlooked my order and forgotten to send it out). Its now Monday (the day I fly home) and still no parcel. I have sent two emails asking for them to contact the courier and find out where the parcel is (as they provided no tracking details). In response, I just received a standard email (on 12 Dec) confirming again that my item had been despatched and estimated delivery was 5-6 December! This time I was given a tracking number but when I went to the courier website and entered it, I got a message saying it was an invalid number. This is either really bad service or I've been conned. Either way, I am now at the point of making an official complaint to Ebay.
