After a lifetime of giving customer service I was not amused when visiting your Saltash store to find that I had to search for a wire basket. There were none at the front door.
When asked where I could expect to find one I was informed " The manager told us to scatter them around the store so that people use trolleys". There was no offer to fetch one for me.
If this is found to be the standard of service and attitude of staff My visits will be hard to find like the baskets.
