I ordered: 2 Off 5025709101716 each being a carton of 6 x packs of 6 logs) at a cost of £13.84 + vat each (Invoice 876051 refers). This is a total of 72 Suet Fat Logs Insect and I paid £27.68.
You delivered a small grey plastic bag containing just 2 x packs of 6 logs, 12 in total! Repeated messages by email and on your website asking for this error to be corrected have been completely ignored. You owe me 60 Suet Fat Logs Insect!!!!
