I give this company 5 stars for the way they dealt with problem . I ordered a quaich with engraving but it was delivered with no engraving . My phone call was dealt with promptly and I received a replacement quaich , fully engraved the following day . Quaich was also of excellent quality. Mistakes happen but the way this was dealt with showed excellent customer service.
