This is the first time I purchased a Quaich. your selection was wonderful. I found one for my son's wedding and had it engraved with their wedding date. Received it almost the next day. couldn't believe how quick they are. The only problem I had was after placing the order, I did not receive any type of confirmation. Also didn't receive any info on when it was to be shipped. I sent and email on Friday and tried the online chat and David answered me on Monday morning and confirmed they got the order and that in fact, it had been shipped. He gave me the tracking number and also checked on it and found that it was to be delivered that day. I was stunned. Your customer service rep David was wonderful. If the need arises, I would buy from you again.
