I am from the United States and I was very excited to receive my product. While waiting I was informed that my quaich would not be here on time for Christmas. The company new about the situation and felt horrible so they basically overnighted my quaich and I received it next day! 5 days before Christmas! Thank you so much! My dad said it was the best gift of the year!!
