One can always feel a little anxious when purchasing items sight unseen and from countries a long way from home (Scotland/Australia) but once I started dealing with David and his prompt and professional replies, I realised this might be a company I could have confidence in. Rest assured I was right. David organised an Australian military emblem used for engraving and helped me all the way until a quaich, plinth and engraving was decided. Item arrived today and it's fantastic. I would be more than to buy again, just need a gift for someone that really deserves items such as this.
