The original quaich ordered took longer than anticipated to come into stock, and I needed a quaich, as a gift, in Germany by 13/2. When I contacted the company (having had no despatch information) Samantha was very helpful in suggesting alternative quaichs which were in stock, and despatched one the same day. It arrived exactly on 13/2 and the receiver of the gift is happy with it. Samantha really saved the day. It would have been better if the company had told me in advance that there was a delay on the original quaich, so that we could have chosen an alternative. The website quoted (as I recall) 10-14 days and I ordered three weeks in advance. If I hadn't queried the delivery, the gift would have been late and my friend disappointed. So - Samantha should be congratulated for saving the day, but please monitor your open orders and let people know proactively of any delays.
