Very happy with the Quaich I ordered and the excellent service I received. I made a typo error in the message to be engraved (totally my own fault!) and didn't realise until it was too late and the Quaich was on its way. After sending an email to the company explaining what I had done, they immediately sent a replacement Quaich. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
