I ordered 3 items which were quick to arrive & were well packaged. Unfortunately 1 of these (an engraved item) was scratched so I contacted the company who arranged for a replacement straight away. At every stage they (Samantha) were very quick to respond to my emails, very professional and I can honestly say that this is the best customer service I have ever seen from any company. There are a magnitude of big organisations out there who could learn a thing or two about customer service from this company. I would happily order from them again and have full confidence knowing that any problems encountered will be addressed by a real person.
