Tankard arrived very quickly and was of beautiful quality. Only glitch for me was the placing of the initials which I assumed would be to the right of the handle, but in fact were to the left, facing the drinker. Might be a good idea on the website to have customer state if initials are to be on the right or left of handle and not assume which side they want them.
I was a little disappointed over this.
