Would highly recommend using this site. Excellent prompt communication via email. Ordered Friday morning with a lot of engraving needed and still received the next day on Saturday ! Really pleased with the tankage which was for a retirement gift. If I wanted to be REALLY picky, the presentation box was a little expensive, and I had to lightly brushed over the engraving as there were little bits from where it had been engraved.... But I would definitely use the company again and would recommend others
