Bought a tankard for an 18th birthday present. Unfortunately instructions for engraving were not followed correctly, however when the problem was pointed out, buyatankard.com dealt with the issue immediately. They offered to replace the tankard or refund the engraving cost. Excellent customer service and a wonderful product. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful tankard. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
