Loved the product; it arrived prompt and I ordered late for Christmas. Engraving amazing ; site used to request what I wanted easy to use but I had to pay for the box it came in so that's why it was a good and not excellent !!!! It needed to come in the presentation box but that was an extra £5 and I just think it should be included ; small moan but otherwise fab product!! Son on law loved it and said it will be what he drinks out of from now on X
