I was so excited when I received the tankard I ordered. I got it in one week from online order to my doorstep (internationally)! When I opened it I was like a little kid opening a special present! when I saw it I was so happy! The tankard is absolutely beautiful, the engraving is perfect, and I cannot wait to present it to my son on his 21st birthday! I am one of ten children, my parents started this tradition, and now all my siblings children and my own are turning 21. We are all continuing the tradition, but buying our tankards in different places. I feel like I found the best company to deal with for the ease of the sale and the quality of the product!
