I am very pleased with my tankard, it arrived quickly and I am pleased with the engraving, only one slight problem was that I wish the name had been engraved on two lines one above the other, but that was probably my fault for not requesting it like that, didn't realise at the time and assumed that was how it would be. Apart from that really happy with it.
