Having checked on multiple websites to buy an engraved tankard, I found that they all wanted to charge large fees to create the artwork necessary for the engraving and all seemed too difficult and therefore too costly. Then I stumbled across Buyatankard.com, who were unbelivably helpful! David, the engraver, could not have been more helpful or responsive. My initial enquiry on the phone was early in the morning, and by lunchtime, he had crafted the design, sent a proof, agreed it all and put in an order. I received the tankard the very next day! Amazing service. The product itself - a pewter engraved tankard, with logo on one side and text on the other - looked stunning. We are exceedingly happy with it, even coming with a free gift box in the Black Friday sales. Overall, great value, product and most importantly customer service! I won't hesitate to return should I need anything else.
