I received the tankards in very good time, but one of the handles (1 out of 5) was already broken off upon opening the box. It would be nice to also know how large, or the size of, the print on an emblem made for the tankard to give an estimate of what would be to small to see. Otherwise, a good product that I would go to again assuming action was taken to prevent the aforementioned problems.
