Bought the 'Retirement' tankard as a gift and was able to arrange to have it engraved with a personal message and sent directly to the recipient in the presentation box purchased at the same time - all for under £45. On this particular tankard (by making use of the generous space for additional notes/comments available when ordering), I was able to have the person's name engraved on the 'front' and my bespoke message engraved on the 'back'. Ordered online during office hours on the Wednesday and tankard was delivered on the Saturday. Only 'issue' I had was when it came to the payment online, it didn't work properly (tried to pay by Credit Card) and I had to call the telephone number for assistance - they were quick to answer, very nice to speak to and sorted it out in no time while I was on the line (I don't consider this an issue and only mention it as the staff on the phone were very nice and helpful so deserve a 'thank you'). As it was sent out direct, I haven't seen the tankard itself, however, I have seen a photo of the recipient holding the tankard and looking very pleased with it, so a great purchase in my opinion and would recommend to friends.
