Dealing with the sales team was an easy and pleasant process. Sorting out the engraving was simple and the advice was invaluable. The proofs were efficient and timely. Once the order was placed and it was passed to the engravers in Middlesbrough things started to go wrong. The order arrived at my office in Manchester and the personalised engraving on each tankard had been omitted. The order was redone and in order to save time it was sent to my home address near Skipton. It was sent to Manchester! I had to drive over to collect it on a Friday afternoon, the day of the award dinner that the tankards were for, a round trip of just under 3 hours, to collect them. Unfortunately one of the awards was incorrect again. I had to explain it to the winner and as he is a close friend, it was OK, although it made me look inefficient. I appreciate a replacement with the correct inscription is being resent. However, the sales team were excellent, apologetic and understanding of my annoyance, and whilst they shouldered the blame, the error was with the engravers. I was pleased with the product though and would certainly use you again, although might not be happy to use the same engravers without some reassurance. Regards, Chris Smith
