I am pleased with the tankard, we ordered a heavy weight wentworth one and had some engraving added - it is a nice, quality, tankard. There were some issues with the engraving due to a machine fault but I have been assured that this is very rare and the customer service I received in dealing with this issue and supplying a replacement very quickly was excellent and I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future.
