The tankard arrived promptly and has the look and feel of a quality, well-made product. My choice of the golf club handle seems to have been a bit of a mistake though as the space between the handle and the tankard is far too small for an adult male hand to fit through comfortably, and the engraving can barely be seen (perhaps I had an option to choose a larger size font, I don't know, but I can't recall seeing that as an option). So, although I'm reasonably happy with my purchase, I think maybe I didn't understand enough to be able to customise the design appropriately. That's a bit of shame, especially as this is a special gift, but hopefully the recipient won't care! The correspondence from buyatankard asking me to post a review sent me to a page that said: "Oh no... Looks like you've ended up here by accident - we couldn't find the page you were looking for. Never mind, since you stopped by, we thought we could make it more interesting by adding a smile..." Considering it is their own link in their own email, that's a bit annoying.
