I received the tankard in very good time, but, I had paid extra for an engraving as its for a Christmas gift for my husband, however when it arrived I found that there was no engraving at all, just a plain tankard. I did ring up and the lady at the other end was very helpful and sent me a link to download a pre paid returns form. As helpful as this was it should never have happened and obviously somebody did not read my order correctly. I am just hoping that I now receive the engraved tankard in time for Christmas, otherwise I will not be at all happy and would not be able to recommend to my friends.
