Very nice site with plenty of info and really personal service. At first I have had some questions about which system to choose for my situation, and received very detailed and reasonable advice. So I made conscious and right choice. Later I have had some issues with local customs (unrelated to BCS) and needed some actions from BCS. The communication was very prompt and I was provided all I needed to resolve the problem with customs fast. Packaging was very nice: box in large-bubble film and in larger box sealed with scotch stating "glass". So I can really highly recommend to buy at BCS!
