KBsound iSelect bathroom DAB/FM/Bluetooth ceiling speakers: Excellent product, delivered in good time worked perfectly for a year. Main reason for this post is the outstanding response I got when I phoned to say the bluetooth function had stopped working. After asking sensible question to determine the best solution (I had already done everything he enquired about) he walked me through the hidden codes for a factory reset and it worked fine.
