I'm based in London, so not easily able to visit the showroom in Preston. However, Jon was exceedingly helpful in discussing my requirements for an in-ceiling system for the ground floor, and came up with a good price after spending almost an hour on the phone. The Sonos based system was delivered quickly once I was in a position to order and receive it. The system has not been installed yet, as we are still having extensive building works, but I set up a test config. with the connect-amp and one of the dual tweeter Canton speakers, and am exceedingly happy with both the build and sound quality, which will be even better once properly installed. Highly recommended.
