I found the site very easy to use and there was plenty of choice of the TV's I was looking for. I called to ask a question about indoor ariels and although he was helpful I was supprised that you don't sell ariels. Trying to find good quality ariels on the high street was okay but a specialist on TV's might be able to supply a bigger & better selection.
