My order of a Visua Flip Down TV was despatched very quickly and efficiently, with ample communication about its progress. Although I am very happy with the product (apart from the Instruction Manual which is useless!), fixing it under the kitchen wall unit was not straightforward and a professional had to be employed. The fixings enclosed with the TV were incorrect, though this was rectified immediately by Buy Clever Stuff following a phone call.
