Product hasn't arrived yet, delivery of the product is part of the service and using professional delivery companies that can actual deliver the the correct address would help. Perhaps I might be able to review the product once it finally arrives, as the delivery companies first suggestion of a 70 miles round trip to collect it from their depot was not acceptable, I now have to take yet another day of work to be available on Tuesday for another attempt! Very frustrating! - UPDATED product arrived today, very well packaged and looks great! Can't wait for it to be fitted by my electrician so I can start using it. Thanks to Rob for sorting the earlier issues out, I can't fault your customer service that you offer.
