My 1st encounter was when I recently purchased a E100 blue tooth DAB radio for my kitchen.
They contacted me by phone to say there was a problem with my email address (my fault)
The guy was super helpful & explained my radio would be with me shortly.
Tracking details were provided & it arrived on the day & time slot allocated
Very happy with their service & the product I purchased.
