Dear Jon Delivery arrived at the time stated. I am very happy with the product, the picture quality is just excellent. The only issue I have is that it is referred to as a "flip down"TV and, although it does indeed drop down there is, seemingly, no way of making it stay in the horizontal position. Ieus it is permanently vertical as gravity makes it drop. Perhaps someone could contact me? Many thanks. John Cooke I have now been contacted with the answer to my issue, so promptly it is almost unbelievable these days!!! A simple soultion:- The back of the TV is magnetised and there is a small metal bar thats fits on the unit above it. How simple is that? Many thanks Rob
