They had the type of equipment we wanted, emailed us when it was back in stock and arranged to demonstrate the unit when we called at the showroom, even allowed us to play our own record and cd. We bought the record player there and then and took it home with us. When installing the unit at home we found we did not have the right connector for the FM aerial lead and a quick phone call to the office and they sent one to us overnight in the post. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we shall certainly recommend the company to our friends. 100/100 for performance. Thank you so much
