It took a while to actually get the Sovos television but I was very pleased with it when I got it. My husband put it in place and we quickly realised that it was impossible to get your fingers at the back of the screen to pull it down for use. It had to be repositioned. Maybe helpful if this was stated on the directions or in the fitting instruction? Otherwise I am very pleased with the product and I was informed when I could expect delivery. I would definitely use this company again
