Terrible service. Bought and paid for a table with a delivery fee of 80 euro, it was delayed well past the estimated delivery date. When I contacted Buyitdirect they claimed that I had received the table and sent me 'evidence' which was a photograph of a box which was taken in somebody else's house and was not the correct item (it was a chest of drawers rather than a kitchen table). After a series of emails they agreed to send a replacement table and it delivered late several weeks later out of the blue. A few days later delivery company then attempted to deliver another kitchen table which I declined. Buyitdirect then repeatedly sent me emails and calls saying I had recieved 2 tables and that I had to pay for the second one or return it. When I obviously declined to pay for the second table that I had never received buyitdirect threatened to bring me to court to recover the cost of the table plus legal fees! Absolutely unbelievably bad way to treat a customer. Avoid this company like the plague. I will be shopping locally in the future
