I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The item I received arrived with a fault, and I was informed that it would take 10 business days to arrange a return pickup. After waiting 12 business days, I was told that no return had even been registered and that I would need to wait another 10 business days for the pickup to be scheduled. Now, after 6 of those 10 days passed, I was told that a pickup was "attempted," but they went to the wrong address. It's been over a month since the original issue, and I still have no pickup date in sight. To make matters worse, the helpline has been completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. I'm beyond frustrated and would not recommend this service to anyone.
