I ordered a bed for €497. I got an email to say my order was on the way and was out for delivery for the 25th of January it never came , then it changed to the 26th and then never came. I emailed customer care and was told it was with a case manager and they would get in contact with me, which they didn’t. I then went back into the email to track and it said to contact the customer care team. I called the customer care team and was told that the bed has left the warehouse and is with the courier company. I told them I tried to track it with the English courier company and it is saying the details are invalid so therefore I cannot track. They said I need to contact the Irish courier service who will deliver it but doesn’t have a contact number or name of which courier service it is all they could say was it’s an Irish company who delivers big parcels. But if the bed doesn’t arrive in ten days then ring and they can’t track? Like how can they if they didn’t even know the name of the company? So how I’m down 500 and don’t even know when my bed is coming
