One Star is too good for them. I placed an order for goods on 13 March and they took payment on 15 March. The goods were to be delivered in 4 weeks. I e-mailed them on 26 April as the goods had not arrived. Initially they denied any knowledge of my order. Then informed me the goods were out of stock and they expected new stocks on 5th May. They offered to discuss supplying an alternative product. I said I would wait for the new stock arriving. They then notified me the product was discontinued I told them that it was appalling that they take my money for goods they did not have. I would have a full refund and will avoid buying anything further from you in future. They then said they were sorry to hear I no longer wish to go ahead with my order. Then I received and e-mail informing me that they had successfully process my cancellation request for order 41154142. I will get the refund back to my original payment method in 3-5 business days.
