The feedback is for the overall experience , from the moment I made the purchase until I got the product home. The price was the best I could find on the internet and this is a 5 star for me. I have to admit that the price fluctuated for a couple of days but it was the right price when I made the purchase. You displayed the shipping date wrong, you sent me the details of a delivery company that doesn't exist in Ireland and no tracking code. After 2 weeks a guy just called that is at my apartment, o call or email send the day before, I asked to deliver it the next day but a week after still no delivery, I gad to contact your customer support 3 times to ask for an update. I got the product and the guys were super nice and brought it to the first floor and this is a other 5 stars. I would buy again for the right price but a better customer experience is desired.
