Purchased a monitor from buyitdirect.ie Delivery took about 5 days,packaging was in perfect condition. Unboxed all parts,set it up and everything worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately four months later the the monitor developed a fault.It would switch itself off immediately after I turned it on. I contacted customer service and got an immediate response.I was asked to send a short video of the problem by an engineer.3-4 days after sending the video I was dispatched a replacement monitor. Everything was handled as you would expect so I would have no problem making another purchase from buyitdirect.ie
