Bought a BBQ at start December promising pre Christmas delivery. Got an email mid December saying dispatched and would be delivered on 20th December. Waited in all day and nothing arrived. New email 19th December saying delivery "within 6 days" but sadly did not arrive. Got a call 3rd January 10 minutes before they were to deliver but I was not home and could not get home in 10 mins. Had to call someone to get to my house to take the delivery. I would not have been upset if they said they would deliver later and kept their word but it was all the misleading messages drove me cookoo and then 10 minutes notice. I hope what's in the boxes is better than the experience with delivery.
