THEN THEY DECIDE WHETHER YOU HAVE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. THEN IF YOUR LUCKY THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO RETURN THE APPLIANCE FOR AN INSPECTION AND FINALLY A DECISION BASED ON THEIR FINDINGS.
