Ordered a BBQ and it arrived damaged. Took 7 phone calls and countless emails to get them to collect it.
Replacement was also damaged and was promised collection today. Guess what, no collection as expected.
Called their 7 days a week helpline at 2pm and it was closed!! It's a Monday and they close lines at 2pm?
Nobody seems to know what's actually going on any time you call and they fill you full of lies. Not to be trusted, won't be a returning customer.
