Mistakenly ordered two extractor fans. Customer services were so helpful and told me just to refuse delivery of one extractor fan and it would be returned to them and refunded to me. I also received an email from them telling me to do this. Since I sent back the extractor fan I have heard nothing from buy it direct. I sent an emessage informing them I had returned the fan (as they asked me to do). I have since sent 4 more messages and tried phone and requesting a call back. No reply to any of my messages.
Previously when contacting them they would reply straight away. I have received no refund now and that was 27th of May. I am so disappointed by the service. Unfortunately I had another larger order to place but do not feel confident to place now until I have a reply from them!
