Tested the service after hearing about the 1 hour delivery.
Has ANYONE ever gotten their delivery in the 1 hour advertised cause I didnt.
When the retailer doesnt have stock you get a "credit" from BiteMe not a refund. Unlike Tesco where they dont charge for what you dont get - "simples".
Then you have to wait 5/7 days to get a refund, so they have your "credit" in their bank earning interest for those 5/7 days - if they do this every customer it all adds up for them.
The worst customer service ever. First they dont have a phone option to answer your queries and then take at least 1/2 days to reply and if you ask 2/3 questions they will focus on 1 question and answer it only meanig you have to ask again and wait another 1/2 days
