Yes they call, and you spend huge amounts of time discussing different types of cheese or whatever that you ordered and they don't see how they differ, or they pick some item that matches in brand, but not the actual product... Exasperating. They don't get trained. At least, in Tesco or SuperValu, they actually get you what ordered from the store.
