Credits only offered for "wrong" items that I provided photographs of (despite the fact that they were all listed on the receipt). 9 emails in a thread (So far) dealing with this one delivery. Been this way for MONTHS now. Oh, and as of last Sun in April, Tesco no longer partnering with them for deliveries.
