are. I waited 3 hrs for delivery yesterday evening. The shopper had called me for one substitution and said she was on her way. Then at 8.30pm I get a msg from buymie saying my shop was being rescheduled until 12-1 pm today. The buymie 'live chat' people then knocked off for the day. I rang Dunnes customer service which was open until 9pm. I was the next caller in line and then they cut me off. I rang the shopper. Then texted her. She said my payment had been declined. The money had left my account 6 hours earlier. Then today, a shopper turned up. Half of the items were missing but I had been charged the full amount. The best the buymie staff could do was apologise and say that they would refund me for what was missing. This will take 3 to 5 days. I'm waiting on the senior line manager to ring me for the last half an hour. I have MS. My mobility is pretty bad at the moment. I have to get food deliveries. Now I'm completely out of pocket, with nothing to show for it and if I could afford it, wouldn't be able to walk to the local shop anyway. This is the worst customer service I've ever received, as stuff like this happens a lot. Also, the whole 10 euro off when you spend 50 euro? Read the small print. It's only if you buy specific items. Lidl used to deliver through buymie, and were brilliant. Dunnes are a disaster. I've spent a fortune with them. They obviously place no importance on customer loyalty. Weekend ruined. Avoid at all costs.
