Tried to get a contract phone with this company. I went through 1.5 long process on a phone, their system got disconnected few times. I didn't pass credit check which was emailed immediately. But days later found that I was charged £250 upfront payment. And I couldn't understand for about 2 hours why my credit card is not working, had to make few calls and have almost filed a card theft application form. So what happened these buggers from buymobiles.net didn't say anything that no matter if I will pass credit score or not, advance payment will be taken out. They did mention small £2.5 credit check payment few times, but not the main one. So now I have lost 2 hours and will be waiting 1.5 weeks to get money back and these guys didn't even say anything in advance
