Bunch of scammers. They hounded me for a month before my old contract came to an end. After I renewed with them, They send me a different phone from the one I was promised so I send it back. They never bothered to log it on their system until the 14 day cooling off period had passed at which point the network had renewed my contract. I asked the network to cancel, they couldn't because they had not set it up. Long and short, in order to cancel my non-existent contract for a phone I don't even have - I will need to go on a 1 month rolling contract for an amount to be determined and a starting date to be determined as well! If this isn't day light robbery, I really don't know what is. There is no customer services, just sales teams who seem to get rather aggressive when you tell them you have returned something. Charlatans is what they are - stay away people, not worth the bother.
